I’ve been loving this creamy tropical smoothie lately. It’s been a wonderful transition treat since completing my fifth extended juice fast a few days ago, so I thought I’d celebrate by sharing  my latest fruity obsession with you.

Raw Vegan Pineapple & Durian Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

• INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 ripe pineapple
• 2 cups of frozen bananas (sliced)
• 1 cup of frozen durian
• 1 tablespoon of goji berries (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of been pollen (optional)

Instructions

• INSTRUCTIONS
• Blend the pineapple, bananas and durian in a Vitamix.
• Sprinkle the goji berries and bee pollen on top.
• Et voilà!
