From my strategically located Florentine home, I’d be routinely zooming by Piazza della Signoria and marveling at the all the colorful and multicultural Art Aficionados crowding up in front of the Galleria dell’Accademia until I finally mustered the courage to brave the crowds and pay my respect to Michelangelo’s sculptural masterpiece. Needless to say, I did not regret.
David, and his classically handsome physique, of course steals the show. But there’s a lot more to swoon over.
In short, when in Florence if you’re an Art lover looking for that wow factor… Don’t Walk, Run!
