1/ Cucumber Spinach Green Juice
I always love to start festive meals with a nutrient dense and enzyme rich green juice. It truly feels great to know that I’ve flooded my cells with super nutrition and it’s an easy way to turn just about any meal into a health-promoting powerhouse. This super alkalizing green mocktail of cucumber, spinach and spicy jalapeño is a must. Cucumber juice is wonderfully cleansing and it’s one of my favorite 360 beauty “products”. Spinach is awesome for a dash of extra green power plus it’s a Norman Walker fave too (I’m a huge fan and can’t recommend enough his wonderful book Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices). Plus the hot pepper gives it a nice kick (and an extra dose of collagen-boosting Vitamin C).
