Country Girl

Though I’ve spent a great deal of my life in bustling metropolitan cities: Paris, Madrid, Geneva, Bombay, London, New York (to name a few…). I’m truly a country girl at heart. I spent most of my childhood in the French Alps amidst rolling hills, glacier lakes, snowy peaks and lush forests. No Disneyland or video games for me. I had the best time running in the woods, mushrooms hunting, picking wild blueberries, climbing trees, scarring cows (kind of… I think it was the other way around). Pretty much spending hours marveling at this magnificent miracle we call nature. So nothing makes me feel more at home (and at peace) than a patch of grass and a blazing sunset.
