Michael Costello’s Fall/Winter 2017 runway show could be summed up as go big or go home. From the bold and voluminous afros (everyone chimed in after the show that my mane had made it on the catwalk and I’d become an overnight fashion trend), to the sexy vixen looks (complete with floor-length fringes and daring sheer lace numbers), to the super glam makeup and dramatic Dietrich lighting. The collection is a winner and personal fave this Fashion Week season.
Must haves: The fringed jumpsuit (I want). Everything lace – from the Victorian-inspired corseted floor-length gown to the puff shoulder rompers. Oh and those silver metallic numbers… Simply to-die-for.
