Nature Girl

I love to recharge in nature. Some of my favorite childhood memories, growing up in the French Alps, are connected to revelling in the wonders of nature. Picking up fresh dew-covered blueberries at the crack of dawn. Mushroom hunting in the forest. The smell of the woods after a fall shower. Savoring fragrant, sun-ripened raspberries straight off the bush. Stomping on spiky chestnut fruits in my plastic boots and a pile of cozy sweaters. Picking up fresh produce from the family kitchen garden. These early experiences have given me a genuine appreciation for the many gifts we receive from mother nature and have shaped the way I live today. Green living truly touches every aspect of my life, from my dietary choices to my health and beauty choices. I think Nature is the answer to all the questions. It’s become my one-stop remedy for the body, mind and soul.
