I had a sudden creative surge last night, so I coaxed my uber talented partner in crime into an improvised photo shoot. I showed him an exquisite vintage jewelry set I was obsessing over and this black lace dress I designed a few years ago and fifteen minutes later… Voilà!

I love playing a diamond-lusting vixen. I used these tantalizing vintage Swarovski earrings, bracelets and necklace as decoy for the real thing, which I keep hidden away in a safe (talking in character here… wish it were true). Feels like a scene straight out of a classic Forties Noir… Think The Big Sleep or Out of The Past. I’d give all my rocks (real and imagined) in exchange for a scene opposite Bogie or Mitchum…
