My dewy skin obsession continues!

By now you all know that I looove a natural, glowy skin. Juicing, detox, raw foods and conscious living are the building blocks of my beauty regimen, so I’m def a beauty from the inside out kinda girl. And I keep noticing that my skin looks its absolute best when I’m super hydrated (I never look better than after guzzling a gallon of fresh squeezed juice a day when I’m fasting), well moisturized and after a good 8-hour night sleep. But I’m also notorious for being routinely sleep-deprived and not optimally hydrated (oh well, nobody’s perfect ;). Just when I was promising myself that this time – for sure – I’m finally catching up on that beauty-boosting sleep, the Back-to-School fall months are here, my schedule keeps getting crazier and it’s dangerously looking like more bed time just isn’t in the stars.

In my quest to give my skin an extra dose of dewiness – and that instant beauty sleep with no sleep required glow – I’ve recently been adding Olay Fresh Effects {Dew Over!} Hydrating Gel Moisturizer to my morning routine and I’m loving the overall radiant effect. I like that it’s super hydrating yet lightweight and that it’s infused with honeysuckle and white tea, a combo that acts as a skin detox booster.
