Turkish designer Hakan Akkaya’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection knocked my socks off. His high wattage show and uber edgy designs were one of Fashion Week‘s highlights this season. Hakan Akkaya’s all-black collection is a celebration of anti-conformism. Love, love, love the bold silver zipper accents. The sexy harnesses. The shimmering metallics. The Turkish designer New York Fashion Week debut made a splash.
